You are responsible for
- Sign off the financials of the commercial organization.
- Responsible for the strategic and operational planning process
- Drive decisions on sales channels, ROI, investments in Market Share, (turn-key) project assessments, and support in financing solutions.
- Responsible for BMC / performance cockpit and drives the delivery of the business and financial plans.
- Drive analysis of business performance: sales, pricing, margin, credit management, and costs (incl. Marcom spend)
- Identifying, addressing,and tracking business issues
- Business integrity: adherence to FCPA and GBP in the coop. with Legal & HR
- Enabling functions supervisory responsibility: control actual expenses, recharge hosted heads ensuring SLA structure is in place, performing true-ups according to contractual agreements, planning future costs, and preparing tax backup documentation for external costs
- LSP controller capabilities: optimal funding and financial risk assessment ( sensitivity analysis, cost/benefit analysis, net present value calculations), project accounting understanding, knowledge of tax implications of different financing solutions, contract law basic knowledge
- When Philip''s presence is too small, BP acts as finance manager for the location covering internal control and financial and statutory responsibility, supply chain management, representation role to 3rd parties: fiscal, auditors, customers, and suppliers.
- Contribute to regional and country Finance teams to enhance performance.
- To drive and grow business value in the market by setting and achieving financial and strategic targets.
- To own and manage the strategic and operational (business / financial) planning process and performance management within the commercial organization and drive for the delivery of the committed result
You will be part of the APAC Finance Organization managing Personal Health business.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- Should have experience in achieving financial targets of Annual Operating Budgets
- Good understanding of various facets of the Finance function spectrum.
- Strong Business Partnering and Stakeholder management Experience
- Having experience in complex matrix organizations organization will be of advantage
- Bachelors Degree in Business or Finance
