- Provide event support and Equipment installation on a year-round basis, including baseball games, non-game events, concerts, and winter events
- Ability to deploy, assign, and work alongside frontline associates in designated areas during events.
- Provide excellent customer service through the event process and in all interactions with internal and external clients
- Provide guest service by ensuring guests are greeted upon arrival, questions are answered to customer’s satisfaction, and job functions are being executed
- Support inventory management and assist loading dock operation as needed
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed and as directed by management
