• Oversee and manage the delivery of consulting projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Take responsibility for project planning, resourcing, and risk management. • Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to business growth. • Support the proposal process, including developing scopes of work, timelines, and pricing strategies. • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide relevant, up-to-date advice to clients. • Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive benchmarking. • Lead initiatives to optimize client business processes, ensuring efficient use of resources and implementation of best practices. • Support clients in managing organizational change, guiding them through transformation processes while minimizing disruption and maximizing results. • Ensure that all consulting engagements comply with relevant regulations, standards, and corporate policies. • Identify and mitigate potential risks in projects. • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other deliverables for clients and senior management. • Present complex concepts in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders.
