Ensure accuracy in billing and payment processing, resolving any discrepancies or issues promptly. Utilize computerized systems and software to generate service orders, invoices, and reports. Quality Assurance: Conduct post-service inspections to verify the quality and completeness of repairs. Address any customer concerns or complaints regarding service quality or performance. Collaborate with technicians and other team members to resolve technical issues and improve service processes.
