To ensure Easy Payment Product Sales & operations are functioning well. Maintain a good level merchant servicing. To monitor merchant sales performance, identify and develop new account. Merchant servicing, handle & follow up merchant’s complaints & feedback. Active engagement with the merchant. Conduct training to new merchant. To create and build up good relationship between organization and merchant to create loyalty business partner. Monitoring sales claim and ensure no sales claim expired. Job Requirements Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline STPM/SPM with minimum 3 years related experience and with leading team experiences. Skills Requirements Lesson planning skills to plan lessons by incorporating the key elements systematically. Presentation skills to deliver the content to participants. Able to communicate to all level and target audience. Listening skills to empathize and listen to other person’s ideas. Persuasion skills in order to move others into positive action, attitudes and behavior, ability to handle & manage stress. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. PC literate.
