AR Executive (1 Year Contract)

1. Responsible for the accounting and controls of Accounts Receivables, procedures, closing and reporting 2. Manage billing on all the deliveries including scrap sales and collection 3. Preparation of all the export documents' negotiation (LC, DA & etc) 4. Maintain and control debtors master, pricing condition in SAP 5. Reconciliation of Sub Ledger - AR to GL 6. Preparation on monthly sales tax reporting and online SST submission as per required under acts, rules and regulations 7. Credit application assessment, and ensure compliance to policy including credit limits, bad debt assessment 8. Monitor and review the monthly AR aging report and follow up the overdue debts with customers 9. Ensure the timely collection of outstanding amount and allow up the long overdue debts 10. Ensure quarterly consolidated financial reporting package for LCJ is completed in an accurate and timely manner 11. Ensure early confirmation and transactions to affiliated companies are performed 12. Involvement in audit (external / internal ) 13. Submission of Monthly Statistic report for Statistics Malaysia 14. Online survey submission to BNM on quarterly basis 15. OTC Business Cycle Co-owner 16. Internal Auditor - ISO and Stock Take 17. Establish and maintain proper internal control and to ensure all the controls are allowed and implemented 18. Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliation on monthly basis 19. Yearly FA sighting exercise 20. Any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned
