Key Responsibilities:
Training and Development:
- Participate in structured training programs, workshops, and mentorship sessions to build expertise in marketing tools, strategies, and best practices.
- Actively engage in coaching sessions and apply feedback to enhance performance.
Campaign Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across various platforms (digital, social media, email, etc.).
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns to identify areas of improvement.
Content Development:
- Assist in creating marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, blogs, and presentations.
- Work with the creative team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform strategies.
- Contribute ideas for innovative marketing approaches and campaigns.
Team Collaboration:
- Assist in organizing events, webinars, and promotions.
- Provide administrative support, including updating marketing databases and coordinating with vendors or partners.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Internship or entry-level experience in marketing is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt, multitask, and manage deadlines.
