Key Responsibilities: Plan and encourage agents to participate in training and program. Engage with agents to schedule coaching sessions. Plan suitable sales activities, guide agents and evaluate performance. Ensure agents apply acquired skills, monitor effectiveness and report development progress. Ensure agent commitment to sales targets, plan sales activities and support daily operations. Distribute marketing information, address inquiries, and analyze sales activities. Manage agent planning purchase. Manage agent engagement for motivation programs. Manage relationship with agents. Qualifications At least Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A relevant Diploma or strong work experience in Sales and Agent Management may also be considered. Experience in coaching, mentoring, or guiding sales teams in a plus Strong verbal and written communication to interact with agents and deliver training/coaching, Capable of building relationships with agents to ensure engagement, motivation, and performance improvements. Familiarity with data analysis tools(such as Excel) for evaluating agent performance. Willingness to travel if necessary for training and agent engagement activities. What We Offer?
