Responsibilities: • To process routine parts order from service technicians for collection • To process external customer spare parts order and delivery order • To prepare purchase request based upon spare parts needs and submit to appropriate vendors/purchasing department • To maintain appropriate service department stock inventory records. • To maintain an organize filing system for all pending purchase orders and Service Technician’s incomplete parts orders • To support and contribute in the meetings. • To assist in quarterly/yearly parts inventory stock count • To be responsible for processing of Delivery Order (DO)/ Service Order (SO). • To handle any other assignment that may be assigned to you by superior • Working Location: Seksyen 51, Petaling Jaya Requirements • Candidates must possess at least a SPM or related field/ equivalent. • At least 1 year of working experience • Team player, able to work independently with minimum supervision • Strong interpersonal skills, patient and has strong passion for customer service.
