RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Maintain a proper filing system to ensure traceability of documents.
  • Assist in preparing daily accounting entries and filing.
  • Handle daily office administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, correspondence, coordination, calculations, and following up on pending matters.
  • Report and update work progress regularly.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
