Job Responsibilities:
- To coordinate with sales team for customers’ enquiry, order, and payment collection.
- To assist in preparing marketing tools include brochures, catalogues, flyers, as well as online marketing materials.
- Prepare documentation such as Quotation, Invoice and Delivery Order (DO) and other relevant documents after received Sales Order.
- Working closely with sales team as well as supporting them to meet customers' requirements.
- Assist with colleagues for stock take to ensure stock being controlled and reconciled with data storage system.
- To perform administrative work and maintain proper filing.
- To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any field of studies.
- Fresh graduates or candidate with less than 2 years working experiences are encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words & Power Point).
- Willing to support weekend when is needed.
- Multi-tasking, responsible, minimum supervision is required and attentive to details.
- Possess strong passion on career’s growth
- Positive attitude and good coordination skill.
