Requirements: • Possess a recognized bachelor degree in business management or related field, in a reputable tertiary education institution • Valid driving license, class D • Willing to travel outstation • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong working relationship • Effective self management and time management skills • Independent and proactive to work under minimum supervision Responsibilities: • Formulate realistic allocation of expenditure budget against the sales target assigned to the respective trade channels • Plan and organize the promotion activities within the budget set to ensure ROI in spending • Conduct business review meetings with the team, the sole distributor and business partners to further negotiate to achieve better desired business results • Maintain good and professional working relationship with the sole distributor and business partners to meet business objectives in the best interest of the Company • Report and propose solutions to negotiate and solve any operations problems or in the trade issues effectively on timely basis • Submission of monthly reports on timely basis • Communicate effectively among internal customers and with external customers to ensure smooth and efficient operations • Monitor the team in the field and feedback their efficiency of execution in the field to immediate supervisor and/or HR department
