Condo Manager

Company Description Allied Group Property Service Sdn. Bhd. is a property management company based in Georgetown, Malaysia. We specialize in managing super condominiums, condominiums, apartments, and business buildings across the region. Our focus is on creating a seamless and comfortable living and working environment for our residents and tenants. This is a full-time on-site role for a Condo Manager at Allied Group Property Service Sdn. Bhd. The Condo Manager will oversee the daily operations of the properties, handle tenant inquiries and concerns, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and ensure the properties are well-maintained and in compliance with regulations. This role is based in Georgetown. Qualifications Property Management, Building Maintenance, and Tenant Relations skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Knowledge of local property laws and regulations Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks Experience in facility management or real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
