Provide executive, administration, operation, project and development support to the COO and the Board of Directors as well as various functional departments. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external correspondence on all matters pertaining to the COO. Serve as a liaison to the COO and BOD and oversee daily operation of the company. Prepare and verify reports, letters, presentation, proposals and coordinate oral and written communication within the company and externally with clients. Support HR activities in recruitment, preparation and finalization of company policies, staffing requirement, allotment of available resources as well as other administrative tasks. Coordinate executive, finance, safety, audit meetings etc. and maintain confidential files and contact information. Carry out researches, feasibility studies and investigations including costs and risk analysis to enhance the Company's growth and market share. Evaluate personnel and project performance and productivity including analyzing of accounting and financial data.
