Key Responsibilities: -Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. -Data Management: Maintain and update financial databases, spreadsheets, and records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. -Invoice Processing: Manage the processing of invoices and expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and prompt payment. -Reconciliation: Support the reconciliation of accounts, identifying discrepancies and working with relevant departments to resolve issues. -Audit Preparation: Assist in the preparation of documents for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. -Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather financial information and support operational needs. -Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the finance team, including scheduling meetings, organizing documentation, and maintaining files. Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; relevant experience will be considered. -Previous experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry. -Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. -Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software is a plus. -Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. -Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
