Production Planner (Executive) A Production Planner works with both managers and production staffs to ensure the company hits its production goals on time and within budget. They handle all the scheduling and ensure the productions, deliveries, raw materials, machines, and workspaces are effectively planned out to increase production efficiency. Able to monitor the overall situation, including incoming orders, supply chain problems, market changes and inventory issues, to minimize the impact on production. Collaborate with other departments and the management team to set production goals. Qualifications • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics, Business Management, Production Management, or similar fields • Knowledge of production processes and quality control • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Production Planner role • Good in Math and Analytical Skills • Technical skills using material requirements planning / scheduling software / M’soft Excel • Verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of employees • Organizational and time-management skills • Deadline driven and able to handle stressful situations • Firm and Decisive Job Description • To plan out the Production Schedule based on Customers’ demands • To ensure that all materials are sufficient for production • Involved in inventory of packing and raw materials to finished goods • Work closely with Marketing, Purchasing, Production, Quality Control, Warehouse and Batch House • Able to plan ahead and communicating with various departments to ensure the production processes and deliveries goes as smoothly as possible • Must learn up all the different jobs that we are doing for our customers • Must be able to identify and differentiate what jobs to run in the most efficient way
