Position Title: Receptionist Industry: Software and Technology Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday; 8.30am - 5.30pm Working Address: The Gardens South Tower, Mid Valley City, 59200 KL Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Renewable based on performance) Salary: Basic up to RM2,500 (Based on experience & skills) + leave entitlement + medical coverage + completion bonus This person will be working with a local, and regional, team of facility operations professionals in support of customer service. This role will act as the first point of contact for the office and help manage the day-to-day activities, including: phone support, front desk customer service, visitor management, badge access support, security compliance, logistics support, ticketing support, front space presentability and presence. Daily tasks vary greatly and may include event planning support, meeting support, routine office communications, parking support & more. This position is for someone who is highly self-motivated, strives for excellence, adapts well to change, and has strong time and task management in a fast-paced corporate environment. Primary Job Responsibilities • Interacts with associates, customers, vendors and other guests, serving as a company representative and as the first impression for our company to these individual • Maintains front-of-house presentability, presence and ensures meeting room readiness at all times along with managing incoming telephone calls for both the local site and the shared regional phone queue. • Manages visitor check-in/log, including temporary & contractor badge administration and Supports local and regional security systems/team to ensure adherence to the global company security policy. • Logistics support; manage incoming/outgoing parcels and site shipping logs. • Daily ticketing management, triage and updating, for both local and global queues. • Event & meeting support; coordinating activities to support cross-functional office events, meetings and parties along with supporting GWS initiatives and programs including company Snacks Program. • Supports the implementation of GWS initiatives in the local office including support workplace compliance with health, safety & environment policies and local safety audits. • Limited invoice & expense tracking, & tracking of expenses. Required Skills • Qualification: Minimum Diploma holder • Open for Fresh Graduates • 1+ years of related experience. • Accomplished in customer service, with a focus on positive language and clear communication. • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to quickly establish/grow relationships. • Professional business appearance at all times. • Active listener who is comfortable engaging in dialogue with associates and guests. • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on resource coordination and time-management. • Self-Motivated with the ability to work under little direct supervision. • Familiarity with G-Suite and comfortable with business productivity tools. • First Aid Qualified with current Certification or willing to become trained in First Aid Serious applicants may send your resume to [email protected] Only qualified candidates will be contacted for interview.
