  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including office supplies inventory, equipment maintenance, and organizing office events.
  • General administration tasks including handling filing, courier, ensure smooth day to day office operations.
  • General receptionist duties including welcome guests, handle incoming calls, attend to visitors etc.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining records for HR purposes.
  • Accurately input data into the company’s systems and maintain databases.
  • Provide administrative support to team.
  • Candidate must possess a recognized Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business Administrative /Accounting/Banking and Finance/Economic or related discipline
  • Preferably with one year working experience in accounting, administrative, customer services or equivalent. Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
  • A team player with good communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Required languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to speak Mandarin.
