• Handling of accounts payable, including of issuing of cheques. • Submission of AP reports and data entry • Submissions of restaurant and hotel’s purchasers break down • Supervision of credit control which involves AP control. To prepare reconciliation between creditor statement and our creditors account • Preparation if analysis of expenses and assist in area of cost control. • Assist in the physical stock accounts/ stock take • Handling of all AP queries and suppliers enquires • Maintain early of suppliers • Prepare Monthly Cash Flow projection and witnessing of daily collection • To perform any additional duties and responsibilities as requested by the accounts executive / accounts controller or management.
