Responsibilities - Proficient in SQL Software and Microsoft Excel - Receive and process payments, invoices, bills, statements and other accounting information for supplier & customer. - Ensuring payments, amounts, and records are correct - Quotation, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoices, and Order Price List processing and filing - Consolidate receipts & preparing report for Petrol (Caltex & Petron) usage of Lorry Drivers - Purchasing and receiving orders - Handling quality control of the received and selling items (eg: Fruits and Vegetables) - Assisting in payroll management such as outlet staffs' overtime calculation - Others Admin duty What do you need to have? - At least 2-3 Years of working experience in the Purchasing and Accounting field. - Have SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or any relevant field. - Excellent organizing abilities. - Great attention to detail. - Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen. - Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices. Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
