This role will play a crucial role in providing insights that support business development, client projects, and strategic decision-making. • Collect and analyze data related to the local residential property market, including area analysis and research data. • Track and analyze market trends, ensuring accuracy and relevance of the data collected. • Prepare detailed reports on area analysis and factors affecting the market. • Present data findings to clients, answering any queries related to the project. • Ensure all data information is proofread and accurate before presenting or submitting. • Serve as a market expert with extensive knowledge of macro and micro factors affecting the local real estate market. • Maintain up-to-date statistics and analysis of the local real estate market, providing insights for both internal and external clients. • Develop, implement, and lead a strategic office research plan that aligns with the firm’s local business objectives. • Leverage knowledge from research for product development, client projects, and business development initiatives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients. • Actively contribute to business development efforts by working with marketing teams and business leaders to position research effectively. • Represent the organization positively in all client-facing interactions. • Manage the production of local research reports and collateral, continuously improving the research platform and output. • Write, edit, and organize research reports for local and national publications. • Present compelling trends and analyses to internal teams and clients regularly. • Analyze and create reports on the local real estate market and regional economy, focusing on employment statistics, major company activities, industry trends, and demographics. • Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis to support business strategy. • Handle day-to-day data entry duties, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and maintained. • Respond to requests for information and data from external and internal clients promptly. • Prepare and present reports to executives and committees, providing clear and actionable insights based on market analysis.
