We are looking for a Finance Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team to run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions. If you have an accounting degree/diploma and are interested in gaining experience in bookkeeping procedures, we’d like to meet you. Responsibilities • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies • Create and update expense reports • Process reimbursement forms • Prepare bank deposits • Enter financial transactions into internal databases • Check spreadsheets for accuracy • Maintain digital and physical financial records • Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed . administrative work -liaise with the admin team Requirements And Skills • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures • Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors • Computer Literacy and experience with accounting software would be an advantage • Willingness to multi-task Here are some tasks that a project admin might perform in e-Perolehan:: Managing tender and quotation preparation includes preparing tenders and quotations for government and private clients. Checking e-Perolehan for tender notices: This is done daily. Organization Skills • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information • Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk. • Fresh accounting graduates are also encouraged to apply.
