Hiring Finance Manager @ Aura Indah Jaya Sendirian Berhad

Job Responsibilities: • Manage cash flow and supervise financial transactions within the company • Supervise and handle the full set of accounts in the company • Takes charge of the updating and analysis of financial data to evaluate the performance of the company • Identify trends in financial data, spot inaccuracies; ensure no discrepancies in all financial reports • Develop strategic plans to reduce spending and increase profits; review and implement financial policies • Responsible for the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and yearly budgets • Prepare income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and GST submissions required by regulatory authorities • Arrange and complete yearly tax fillings, financial audits, and reviews as required • Have a good understanding of financial management obligations, especially statutory obligations, and requirements; keeping abreast of these requirements • Oversee and supervise executives and assistants in the same department • Maintain the company’s accounting system and communicate process improvements • Reconcile bank statements as needed • Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned
