DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas. (Green Field focus and support brown field program) • Roving via assigned territories to present company products to potential Cluster Enterprise clients. • Nurture sales leads and setting up appointments to present company products. • Identifying Cluster Enterprise client’ needs and prepare sales proposals for potential buyers. • Demonstrating product features to potential/existing Cluster Enterprise clients. • Cross-selling/up-selling to existing Cluster Enterprise clients. • Provide feedback on viable marketing, pricing strategies and potential locations for roving. • Completing order forms and submitting them for processing. • Attending Sales Activities: Participating in all activities planned through door-to-door activities, appointments, High Traffics Outlet promo booth, events, cold calling & online initiatives (social media, website, TikTok, etc) to obtain potential referral solicitation in assigned territory. • Passionate and Entrepreneurial sales professional with a proactive and growth mind set approach. • Demonstrate success in exceeding sales targets for all product using consultative, solution focused sales approach. • Leads Management: Effectively register customer leads into sales tool portal and effectively follow up on the obtained leads for sales conversion/activation. • Customer experience: Ensure prompt fulfilment and maintain good relationship with stakeholders/subscribers. Effectively follow up with internal stake holders to make sure a sold product / service is delivered to customer within the promised timeline. • Sales Compliance: Comply to ALL company’s procedures and booking policies. • Innovativeness: Effectively learn new skills and knowledge in handling new approach/enablers introduced by the organization from time to time. • Strong collaboration between internal and external Cluster Enterprise stakeholders. WORKING CONDITIONS • Monday to Friday – 9am > 6pm • Lunch break – 1 hour
