Responsibilities - Closing of dormant accounts. - Process invoices, contractor's progress claims, preparation of Payment Vouchers and cheques and arrange for HDA withdrawal. - Issue Debit Notes or Credit Notes for Inter Company transfer funds within the Group. - Update payment information in cash book. - Preparation of Payment Advice. - Liaise with suppliers on payment related matters. - Prepare daily cash position reporting. - Filling of accounting documents. Requirements - Minimum Diploma level or equivalent in any related fields - At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia - Willing to work at Phileo Damansara I, Petaling Jaya - Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
