- - Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions which including processing of payroll, recruitment, and etc. -Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documents. -Maintain and update employee records, database, and proper filling for all the HR-related documents. -Manage monthly HRDF submissions. -Handle recruitment process including job posting, screening, interview, and reference check. -Handle new joiners' onboarding process and resignees' offboarding process. -Involvement in employee engagement and HR activities. -Manage employee welfare and day-to-day general HR administration. -Undertake ad-hoc assignment or duty assigned as and when required.
