We are seeking an experienced and certified Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Pega solutions. As a key technical leader, you will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to create scalable, efficient, and user-centric applications. Key Responsibilities: 1)Solution Architecture: Design, architect, and implement end-to-end solutions using the Pega Platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture guidelines. Define and enforce design standards, best practices, and governance processes for Pega implementations. 2)Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor development teams throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment. Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure optimal use of Pega features and capabilities. 3)Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements. Partner with enterprise architects and other technical leaders to integrate Pega solutions into the larger technology landscape. 4)Development and Delivery: Oversee the development of Pega applications, including workflows, case management, UI, and integrations.Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality deliverables. 5)Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Implement monitoring and maintenance strategies to ensure system health and stability. 6)Compliance and Security: Ensure that Pega implementations comply with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements.Maintain data integrity and privacy within Pega applications. 7)Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Report progress, challenges, and risks to project stakeholders and leadership. Required Skills and Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Expertise: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is mandatory. 8+ years of experience in Pega application development, with at least 2+ years as a Lead System Architect. Deep understanding of Pega rules, case management, decisioning, and BPM capabilities. Proficiency in Pega integration services (REST, SOAP, MQ, etc.) and connectors. Strong knowledge of Pega frameworks like Customer Service, Marketing, or Sales Automation. Hands-on experience with Pega tools like Clipboard, Tracer, SMA, and Deployment Manager. Proficiency in relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and understanding of database design principles. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in cloud-hosted Pega solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Familiarity with DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Jenkins, Git, or Docker. Knowledge of advanced Pega features like Robotics, Decisioning, or Pega AI. Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence. Strong background in enterprise integration and middleware solutions. Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
