COMPETENCY 1. Excellent communication skills and must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 2. Confident in providing information to staff, passengers and stakeholders. 3. Possess a pleasant and professional attitude when dealing with staff, passengers and stakeholders. 4. Well presented, physically fit, and following grooming standards. 5. Ability to work under pressure e.g. complaint handling, emergencies. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Attend passengers' inquiries on way findings, airport facilities, and other passenger issues. 2. Proactively and professionally approach passengers and offer assistance. 3. Coordinates with related departments/parties for accurate information (when necessary), including general information, flight information, airport facilities/services. 4. Handles and resolves on-site complaints and issues from passengers/stakeholders according to SOPs and/or Work Instructions. 5. Assist in queue and crowd management. 6. Support various units in the airport in passenger-related issues. 7. Ensure cleanliness, organize, and serviceability of facilities and equipment surrounding CEM, and report immediately on faulty equipment. 8. Perform duties as Terminal and Toilet Inspector, covering all terminal areas and facilities during lull periods or as scheduled. 9. Strictly practice the SOPs when performing duties. 10. Perform administrative tasks related to shift including reports, leave, attendance, and claims. 11. Perform any other operational duties assigned with guidance from Superiors. 12. Additional languages are encouraged - Mandarin, Arabic, Tamil, others.
