We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR cum Admin Executive to join our team. This role focuses on HR operations, particularly hiring and documentation. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Hiring: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, with a primary focus on hiring drivers and other operational staff. - Screen, filter, and shortlist candidates effectively to meet company standards and operational requirements. - Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interviews with relevant departments. - Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. 2. HR Administration: - Handle employee onboarding, including document collection, orientation, and contract preparation. - Ensure all employee records are accurate and up-to-date in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. - Support the preparation of HR-related documentation, such as employment agreements, confirmation letters, and disciplinary records. 3. Operations and Coordination: - Coordinate training sessions, including halal training and quality compliance for drivers and warehouse personnel. - Oversee employee exit processes, including clearance forms and documentation. - Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. 4. General Administration: - Manage and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, for HR and administrative documents. - Provide administrative support for management and other departments when needed. - Liaise with external agencies, including recruitment firms and training providers, as required. --- Requirements: - A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Malaysia. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management systems is an advantage. --- What We Offer: - Competitive salary with attractive performance-based incentives. - Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. - A supportive and collaborative work environment.
