Fun and engaging employee events, initiatives, and celebrations About your role Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to provide actionable insights. Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends. Design and develop interactive dashboards to visualize and communicate data effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics for business performance. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes. Provide recommendations based on market analysis to support strategic decision-making. Assist in managing business intelligence projects from conception to implementation. Work closely with team members to ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives. Implement and enforce data quality standards to ensure accuracy and reliability of business intelligence outputs. Identify and resolve data discrepancies and anomalies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide insights fordecision-making. Communicate findings and recommendations to different levels of management. Requirements Proficiency in English and another local language in APAC region (BahasaIndonesia/Thai/Japanese) is required. Translate and analyze foreign-language data sources to contribute to a comprehensivebusiness intelligence strategy. Open to fresh graduates or maximum 2 years of working experience. Possesses a recognized bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline from a reputableuniversity. Strong leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent spoken and written English, with a good command of a second language (BahasaIndonesia/Thai/Japanese) Ambitious, agile, analytical and resourceful personality with a growth mindset Familiarity with business intelligence tools and programming language (e.g. Tableau, Python, SQL) myTukar Powered by Carro is your go-to place to buy and sell pre-owned cars.
