  • Manage recruitment plans by deeply understanding the hiring needs for roles in financial trading, development, engineering, operations, etc. Independently create recruitment posters and develop talent profiles.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment channels such as online job boards, campus recruitment, talent mapping, and one-on-one recruitment for high-end talent. Utilize various recruitment channels comprehensively to quickly meet the company's talent needs.
  • Optimize recruitment processes and conduct recruitment activities, including but not limited to: posting recruitment posters, screening resumes, arranging interviews, communicating Offers, and analyzing recruitment data to effectively enhance the recruitment output ratio.
  • Participate in HR department operations by assisting the Global HR Manager in preparing, organizing, executing, and evaluating specific business area-related activities. These activities may include leadership development, onboarding training, cultural incentives, corporate values construction, and big data analysis. Assist the Global HR Manager in organizing HR-related information and performing data analysis.
