- In charge of *Full set accounts and book keeping*.
- Ensure daily transaction are updated
- Ensure filing and documentations are properly recorded and up-to-date
- Prepare payment voucher and issuance of cheques
- Prepare monthly closing and meeting of accounting deadlines
- Assist in Budgeting, Auditing and Taxation
- Provided general administrative support to ensure effective and efficient office operations
- Performs other training administration duties as and when required by superior
- Provide assistance to the Chairman as and when required
- SPM, Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Fresh graduate to 1-2 years’ experience in accounting and administrative role.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
