- Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions
- Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults
- Liaise with client when they need technical explanation
- Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
- Review all documentation to ensure proper data collection and make report
- Keeping records of faults and repairs for warranty claims
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering Mechanical,
- At least 1-2 years working experience in the related field (Maintenance preferably) for this position.
- Must have a good writing and communication skill
- Must have ability to write a report
- Willing to work under pressure and long hours
- Must have driving license D and possess own transport
- Candidate with GDL license is added advantage
- High initiative, motivation, responsible and professional on maintenance of Commercial Kitchen Equipment
