- Conduct live cooking demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of the equipment, demonstrating how IT enhances culinary processes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide culinary expertise during client meetings and presentations.
- Offer hands-on training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of the equipment. Develop and deliver training materials, such as instructional videos and user manuals.
- Create and adapt recipes that highlight the use of the company’s equipment.
- Understand basic technical specifications, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Culinary or equivalent course
- Preferred candidate with at least 1 year experience as a Chef
- Candidate must have good presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to understand and explain the technical aspects of culinary equipment.
- Experience in a sales or customer-facing role is added advantage
- Possess own transport, willing to travel to customer place & work outstation.
- Required language : Bahasa Malaysia, English
