1. Sales Support:
- Prepare and process sales quotations and layout accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor order progress and follow up with clients on delivery timelines and updates.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing detailed product information and support.
- Maintain positive client relationships by addressing any issues or concerns and coordinating with relevant departments to resolve them.
- Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for client meetings.
3. Coordination and Reporting:
- Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, warehouse, and installation crews to ensure smooth delivery and setup of gym equipment.
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with the procurement team to manage inventory.
- Generate and maintain sales performance reports for review by management.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales administration or similar roles, preferably in the fitness or equipment supply industry.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, systems, and processes quickly.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
