Personal Assistant to Director
About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to support our Director in day-to-day tasks and operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
• Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the Director.
• Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.
About You:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role is a plus.

Salary: RM 3-7k monthly, based on experience

- Working hours: Monday-Friday 9:30am-6pm
