- Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support to employees, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Hardware and Software Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and updates on computers, printers, software applications, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, research, and resolve technical problems to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Information and communications technology operations technicians support the day-to-day processing, operation and monitoring of information and communications technology systems, peripherals, hardware, software and related computer equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify any problems.
- Responsible for the daily operation and management of the company's e-commerce platforms.
- Manage product shelves, inventory updates, promotional activities, etc. to ensure smooth operation of the online shop.
- At least 1 or 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- SPM/Diploma in Information Technology or any relevant fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fast learner.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
