1. Product Management:
- Assist in uploading and updating product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images on e-commerce platforms.

2. Order Processing:

4. Marketing Support:
- Assist with uploading promotional banners, updating website content, and creating landing pages.
- Support marketing campaigns by ensuring accurate implementation of discounts, offers, and bundles.
- Design marketing plan to execute online promotions, sales campaigns, and product launches.
5. Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor sales and website traffic data, providing regular updates to supervisors.
- Track customer behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports on stock levels, order statuses, and customer feedback.
6. Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain organized records of orders, returns, and customer communications.
- Assist in implementing e-commerce platform updates or changes.
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as payment processors, digital platform and logistics service.
7. Any job if required by management to assist in shop operation mainly.
Position Summary:
E-Commerce Admin is responsible for managing and maintaining online sales platforms, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, optimizing user experiences, and driving online sales growth. This role involves coordinating between various teams, managing content, and ensuring the accuracy of product listings and promotions.
Qualifications:
- min Diploma/Bachelor's degree in business, IT, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools (Shopee, Website, Lazada, Tiktok, IG, FB)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEO and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with inventory management and logistics processes.
- Have knowledge on POS system is a Bonus
