Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
- Promote company products and services to generate business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and visits.
- Understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions and ensure satisfaction.
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Meet or exceed sales targets within established timeframes.
- Prepare and implement daily and weekly sales plans to achieve goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as graphic designers, to deliver creative solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Input quotations accurately into the MIS system and prepare sample cards to support customer decision-making.
- Monitor sales payments and ensure timely collections.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Sales and Marketing experience (printing industry preferred).
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Ability to speak in Mandarin would be an added advantage)
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and computer proficiency.
- Positive attitude, result-driven, and able to work independently.
- Agile, hardworking, and ready to start immediately.
Remuneration:
- Basic Salary + Commission
