Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve business objectives. Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and maintain effective recruitment to the team. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution. Support and assist employee concerns and provide guidance or counselling. Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing performance issues. Facilitate the development of employee performance improvement plans. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate the development of training programs. Support the implementation of employee development initiatives. HR Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and update HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws. Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and update policies accordingly. Compensation and Benefits: Develop the of employee benefits programs. Conduct salary surveys and analyze market trends to ensure fair compensation. Job Requirements :- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Experience in startup company manage A to Z for HR Department is advantageous. Several years of progressive experience in HR management roles. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (EA & IR) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. HR certification is desirable. Workplace : Kuala Lumpur
