How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Ensure the plant is operated safely and at its optimum condition according to company standard and requirement.
Site walk and listen for warning signals to determine potential malfunctions and report to management.
Ensure proper execution and recording in MAXIMO(CMMS) for all maintenance works especially for E&I and DCS.
Perform periodic routine check and monitor to ensure safe operation. Ensure all the tasks are performed safely with adequate PPE.
Support implementation of improvement plans and actions from internal & external audits, RCA and company requirements.
Supporting operation start-up and shutdown especially for E&I related.
Perform and support in plan or unplan shutdown which including TAR (Turnaround)
Propose projects to add/modify assets in the most profitable way and ensure that the intended results (Efficiency, Reliability, Productivity) are delivered.
Assist in implementation of plant maintenance especially for E&I and DCS related.
Perform corrective actions for any abnormal alarm/signal in DCS and Electrical panels. Responsible for being on call for plant troubleshooting of any unplan plant issue such as troubleshooting abnormal situations analysis and non-routine operation phases.
Liaise, support and coordinate with other departments and external parties ( Customer, Supplier, Procurement, Project, ROCC, SIO and etc) on day to day work.
Conduct any necessary training to Operators and In-house contractors.
Adheres strictly to the Air Liquide Industrial Management System and implements best practices and compliance action plan, Quality Management System and local laws and regulations.
Are you a MATCH?
Degree in Engineering i.e Electronics & Instrumentation or relevant field.
3 years working experience in industrial gas plants or similar industry with hands-on experience in troubleshooting problems.
Ability to communicate effectively and create a teamwork atmosphere.
Ability to work with all levels of people and adapt to any kind of working environment.
This position will be based in the Malacca branch and occasional traveling to Senai is required.
