JR67822 Test Process Techinician- Diagnose Manufacturing Test equipment, Automation, Shop Flow System, and operational errors at the first level.
- Compile and pass down shift test engineering issues.
- Implement, communicate, assess, and evaluate plan results.
- Evaluate problems using validated troubleshooting methods.
- Maintain accurate records/documentation in the equipment tracking system.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
- Calibrate area equipment.
- Select and use appropriate test equipment and tools.
- Ensure the reliability of data.
- Measure process metrics.
- Identify equipment inaccuracies or inefficiencies.
- Communicate trends in machine performance.
- Address deviations or inefficiencies.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must at least graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate is highly recommended.
- Knowledge in Basic Electrical & Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronic.
- Able to work cooperatively with cross functional team to investigate and fix operation error.
- Report compilation, Report writing, Data Analyze and basic risk assessment.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay language.
