We are currently hiring an Account Assistant and the Job Requirement as follow:-
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI.
- Have at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Self motivated and able to work independently.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good team player, matured with good analytical skills and detail oriented.
- Familiar with SQL accounting software an added advantage
- Full-Time position available.
Responsibility
Accounts Assistant Work Duties / Responsibilities
- Monitoring daily Sales collection and follow up if any queries
- Ensuring payments / collections, amounts and records are correct.
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Recording and filing cash transactions.
- Controlling credit and chasing debt.
- Invoice processing and filing.
- Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
