We are currently hiring an Account Assistant and the Job Requirement as follow:-

  • Candidate must possess at least LCCI.
  • Have at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Self motivated and able to work independently.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good team player, matured with good analytical skills and detail oriented.
  • Familiar with SQL accounting software an added advantage
  • Full-Time position available.

Responsibility

Accounts Assistant Work Duties / Responsibilities

  • Monitoring daily Sales collection and follow up if any queries
  • Ensuring payments / collections, amounts and records are correct.
  • Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
  • Recording and filing cash transactions.
  • Controlling credit and chasing debt.
  • Invoice processing and filing.
  • Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
