Key Responsibilities:
- -Sourcing Candidates: To identify potential candidates, and utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. -Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. -Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment by providing timely communication and feedback. -Job Advertising: Create and post compelling job descriptions on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of applicants. -Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. -Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to identify opportunities for talent acquisition and retention. -Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics using the internal record keeping system. -Employer Branding: Promote our company culture and values to attract potential employees and enhance our employer brand. -Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- -At least 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role. -Hands-on experience with the largest job sites. -Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn. -Strong interpersonal skills. -Good written and verbal communication skills. -Team spirit. -Proficiency in English and proficiency in Mandarin are advantages.
