- -Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standards, applicable laws and regulations. -Prepare tender documents (e.g. bill of quantities, specifications, Contract conditions, drawings etc) where quantity take- off and site measurement are required. -Identify gaps between Bill of Quantities, drawings, specifications, conditions of the Contract and taking it for a logical closure. -Update tender documents based on feedback attained and that costs are re-calculated where designs or specifications are altered. -Organize tender interviews and ensure the tendering processes comply with the Company SOP and project schedule. -Control overall project budget, construction costs, progress claims/payments, variation orders and final accounts are prepared and controlled in accordance to work standards. -Maintain proper records of all pricing, documents, drawings and samples.
- -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or equivalent field. -At least 3 years(s) of working experience for executive level and 5 years of working experience for senior level in the construction industry is required for this position. -Preferably Senior Executives/ Executives specializing in Property/ Real Estate / Construction or equivalent
