  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Manage incoming calls and WhatsApp queries on our Business WhatsApp.
  • Achieve sales targets and maximize sales by converting calls and queries into bookings.
  • Assist superiors with report preparation as and when required.
  • Ensure the customer database is updated on a timely basis.
  • Take ownership of complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Build rapport and manage communication with clients.
  • Upload clients’ pictures, videos, and contracts to Google Drive.
  • Draft tour itineraries according to clients’ preferences and provide quotes.
  • Make hotel bookings/reservations on behalf of clients via WhatsApp and email.
  • Pre-check services to ensure all reservations are confirmed before the client’s arrival.
  • Generate invoices.
  • Check clients' itineraries and engage with them during their trip.
  • Follow up with clients during and after their tour.
  • Participate in all fieldwork, including, but not limited to, travel fairs.
  • We are looking for someone who is fluent in both English and Tamil, as the role requires interacting with Tamil-speaking clients
  • Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
  • Must be able to travel to Bali a minimum of 2 times a year for a period of 3 weeks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Candidates must possess at least a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level Diploma.

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday/Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.Location: Kulim Town
  • Starting salary with allowances of RM2000 onwards
