Digital Marketing, CRM and Media, Assistant Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Digital Marketing
- Manage and update content across all Company's digital platforms
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote the Company's initiatives, projects, and achievements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging digital content, including written posts, graphics, and videos.
- Track and analyse the performance of digital campaigns and content to ensure objectives are met and recommend improvements.
2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Oversee and manage data related to the Company's loyalty program, ensuring accuracy and proper segmentation.
- Regularly update and maintain the loyalty program database, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
- Liaise with corporate partners to secure and formalise loyalty program offerings, managing the relationship with such partners and coordinate with other departments to prepare the necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with partners to ensure all program offerings are clearly defined, delivered, and documented appropriately.
- Prepare and analyse CRM reports to identify trends, engagement levels, and opportunities for program improvement.
- Assist in creating strategies to increase customer retention and engagement through loyalty initiatives.
3. Internal and External Communications
- Gather, verify, and update key information about the Company's projects and initiatives to keep stakeholders informed.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely updates on ongoing and upcoming activities.
- Serve as a liaison between the Company and external agencies/vendors for digital content and/or Media requirements.
- Worked closely with the Digital, Media, Marketing, Branding and Legal team to ensure proper documentation of agreements, vetting of media content successful project and campaign execution.
4. Media and Site Content Creation
- Assist in on-site activities to capture drone footage and progress updates for the Company's construction projects, events, ceremonies and or any other occasions from time to time.
- Assist to edit, process and upload content on to the Company's online media accounts eg. Linkedin, Facebook among others
- Edit and curate site progress visuals for publication across the Company's digital channels.
- Maintain an organised library of digital assets for future use in campaigns and reports.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background: Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms, content management systems (CMS), IFCA and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.). Experience in graphic design/ Adobe Photoshop is highly advantageous.
Language Skills: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage.
Drone Operation: Familiarity with drone equipment and videography is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
Experience: 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM management, or a related role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
