- -Identify potential payment solutions and improvements to existing offerings based on market analysis and customer feedback. -Liaise with external partners and provide support to internal departments regarding payment-related issues. -Prepare and manage documentation as per payment providers' requirements. -Take ownership of the payments vertical with the team. -Conduct market research and analysis to understand the customers' needs, preferences and trends in the payment industry. -Maintain records and accurate reference data to monitor performance, identify and resolve payment-related issues, improve processes, and support decision-making. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, legal, product, operations and engineering to align strategies and streamline processes. -Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as specified by the supervisor from time to time.
- -1-3 years of working experience. Experience in business development, e-commerce and online payment solutions would be an added advantage. -A Bachelor’s degree in any field. -Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both English and/or Mandarin. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong self-drive and initiative. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. -Familiarity with domestic and international payment solutions and financial regulations (preferred)Has experience in business development to identify potential partners for future collaborations and negotiations (preferred). -Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and handle unexpected challenges. -Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
