You would be required to
- -Prepare monthly and yearly accounts closing -Ensure timely reporting of monthly financial information -Prepare sales invoices and monthly debtor statements -Liaise with auditors and tax agents to ensure matters arising are resolved on a timely and accurate basis -Prepare payroll payment and statutory contribution payment -Assist in developing and implementing the monthly account planning and activities -Prepare full set accounts involving invoices, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets schedule, general journal, Management Report (P&L and Balance Sheets) and reporting to Directors on monthly basis -Reconcile accounts payable and receivable -Handle in service tax submission -Prepare monthly bank reconciliation -Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement, etc -Process payroll, prepare and assisit in any ad-hoc tasks as required
