Sales Executive
- To liaise with customer for orders, price, and product availability
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Responsible to carry out the appropriate marketing/sales strategy to achieve sales target
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Stay updated on product specifications, promotions, and pricing
- To support in overall sales operation including Stock, Sales, and Logistics (Shipment monitoring, Inventory control)
- To ensure all sales and customer documentation including all invoices, statement report is up to date available and presented on time
- To responsible for the sales collections and adhere to credit control
- To ensure effective and clear communication within the sales team, customer, and others department across the company
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends.
- To execute any additional duties ads assigned by Management from time to time
- Reporting to team leader or manager
- Have 1-2 years industrial sales experience (Indoor sales experience is added advantage)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Languages: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Flexibility to work during peak floral seasons, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
